Colors in Sneakers

Summary: Dais-h was inspired by The Talaria of Mercury - a symbol of the Greek messenger god Hermes. Dais-h is an e-commercial sneaker store webapp. Project aim is to get more familiar with using React along with other technologies to create an eye-catching e-commercial webapp.

Responsibilities: As a sole developer of the project, I aim to get the best practice in both front-end and taking advantage of using Firebase offered by Google. Data collection is stored in Firestore Database, and pictures are all cropped to make a 3D popping up effect.

Technologies: React Js, Redux, React Router, coupled with Google cloud services - Firebase and Serverless Lambda. Payment gateway in the webapp is provided by Stripe, and styling is done with SCSS, Mui, and styled-components. PWA is also initialised in this project, and performance testing is done with Google lighthouse. Pictures' preference are taken from Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Converse and Fila.
